SUCCESS!!
"Discovering my Potential"
Before coming to Premier Chiropractic, I had no idea that my back
was making me sick. I had a list of symptoms that I no longer have like
colds, sore throat, tired and grumpy, pain all down my legs, cold hands and
feet, upper back tension, rounded shoulders, terrible posture, hip popping,
and constipation.
At age 22, I was feeling worn down and much older than I was. I was
referred to Dr. DeeDee for help. Dr. DeeDee was very good with me. I felt
good after every treatment. She spent a lot of time with me teaching me
how to take care of my back at home.
After 12-weeks I feel unbeatable. I have a lifetime to keep my back
and I'm going to keep it healthy. However, I didn't quite discover my whole
potential. The x-rays are much better, but still show some need for more
improvement.

well and help them see what they can accomplish.

SUCCESS!!
I am proud to announce that after only 10 treatments, nearly 1 month,
I am still drug-free from any allergy medicine for hay fever and/or sinus headaches.
At the age of 59, I cannot remember living without year-round allergy problems,
ranging from itchy-watery eyes, a runny nose, sinus headaches, dark circles
under my eyes and even some breathing problems. Problems were worse when
I came in contact with second-hand smoke or certain perfumes, colognes, or
even worse, molds, dust, cats, pollen and freshly mowed grass.
After one week of treatment with Dr.Wampfler I could tell that I was
feeling better and breathing better. It is natural now to breathe more deeply from
the diaphragm and live without sinus headaches. People even tell me that my dark
circles are nearly gone.
Progress is being made with my Phase-II spinal subluxation degeneration
also. My posture has visibly improved, I have more energy and friends have
asked me if I have lost weight. Actually, I feel it's the improved posture; I feel
so good after having finished a treatment session. Every phase of my treatment
is working, but I feel the traction is the "icing on my cake".
All in all, I'm looking forward to continuing the rest of my 'new' life
allergy-drug-free and walking taller with a wider range of flexibility for my body.

Over 20 years ago I suffered a cervical spine injury resulting in many years
of discomfort and loss of function. I tried chiropractic at that time but without
all of the aspects incorporated into the biophysics technique that we learn at
Premier Chiropractic, I had a less than desirable outcome.
I have since been treated for many types of headaches with only brief
periods of pain control. I knew all along that I should be looking for the cause of the
pain, not masking it with medications. The headaches were becoming more
frequent and lasting longer, sometimes severe enough that I would lose an entire
day with my family.
It's a little embarrassing to admit, I'm a 42 year old healthcare professional
and the only thing stopping me from seeking the care that I needed was fear. With
the negative experience many years ago in my mind, I was afraid of allowing
someone to adjust my very painful, stiff neck. How would I tolerate more pain? How
could I tolerate someone adjusting my neck when movement had become so
limited?
I met Dr.Wampfler at the health summit in Elizabeth an listened to her talk
about the advanced technique she uses. I liked what I heard and now you are
reading my success story. Now I feel great mentally and physically. Headaches
are now infrequent. I have more energy and I am more active. Life without pain

A NEW LIFE!
After suffering from chronic low back pain for five years and
taking numerous different brands of pain relievers and surgery- I am
finally free. I have begun "a new life."
My new life began when I started care with Dr. Wampfler. I can
finally do the things that I have wanted to do without being in pain. I
get out of bed in the mornings pain free. I now can do the things I missed
most. I am free to spend all day in my flower garden and play games
with my grandchildren.

I had been to a couple of chiropractor's for my neck and back and
had temporary relief on and off for several months. When I first started
a care plan with Dr. DeeDee, I had pain relief for long periods of time.
After having headaches almost every day for months to hardly
any is wonderful. I have more energy and can focus on my job better.
It took a lot of dedication for appointments and doing the
"mirror-image" exercises at home, but it was well worth every minute!

Back in September of 2001, I was in a serious car accident. Since
then, I have suffered many different pains. After surgery, my doctor told
me that I would not walk again for 12 to 18 months. I was back to work at the
restaurant in 4 months.

For years I had slight lower-back pain when I did hard
work. More recently, my back would hurt after hours of work that
was not even physical. Within one month of treatments with

I had a lot of lower back pain and lived on pain pills for about 1 1/2
years. I took a 14-week program in July 2002 that included adjustments and
traction and finished in October 2002.
In 3-weeks, Dr. DeeDee had me off pain pills and well on my way to
recovery. It has been 2-years now and I still do not have to take any pain
pills.

I have taken chiropractic treatments all my life. Having worked in
a factory 42-years, I took a treatment at least once a month for
maintenance.
I went through a 14-week program with Dr. DeeDee to try to correct
the bad curvature of my spine and to avoid being so rounded over in my
shoulders. I have relatives who have this problem and I didn't want that to
happen to me.
The results of my 14-week treatment were great! Now it's up to me
to continue my exercises and keep my spine in good shape. I still take
treatments every 3-weeks for wellness to keep my spine in alignment

After 43 years of back problems and many visits to Chiropractors,
I have come to Dr.Wampfler for help. On the day of my first visit, I was in
excruciating pain and could only walk (shuffle would be a better word) with
my husband's assistance.
The X-rays showed that I was in serious trouble, but Dr. Wampfler
was cautiously optimistic that with hard work and patience the pain could
be alleviated and the spine somewhat corrected.
It's been quite a journey, 3 1/2 months to be exact, and for several
weeks now I walk unassisted and have no pain. Of course "things" didn't
always go as planned, but I did not give up and most importantly, neither
did Dr.Wampfler. She always had words of encouragement and helpful
suggestions at the right moment.
The second set of X-rays showed quite an improvement and I
have no doubt as I continue with maintenance care, my lower spine will
improve further.

Several years ago, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I lived with insomnia,
chronic pain, and extreme fatigue. I took medication that helped relieve the
symptoms enough that I could work. However, when I wasn't at work, I was often
in bed due to the extreme fatigue and/or pain. Weekends and evenings were spent
trying to recover so that I could put in another full week of work.
Then two years ago, I began to suffer from Meniere's Disease. I saw a
specialist for the extreme dizziness and nausea I was having as a result. He gave me
some medication that helped my symptoms, but the side effect of drowsiness was
becoming severe. If I had an attack at work, I had to try to get home before the
medication made me too sleepy to drive. When I got home, all I could do was sleep
and hope that when I woke up the attack would be gone. Often it wasn't and I
would have to take more medication.
As time went on, the Meniere's attacks occurred more and more frequently
and would last much longer. Finally, it became a relief to have the rare day that I
didn't have an attack. My life was filled up with things that I didn't do anymore in
fear of bringing on the Meniere's. Yet the slightest thing could trigger an attack-
such as turning my head or looking up or down. Exercise was impossible and my
weight increased which made my fibromyalgia worsen and my medication for that
was doubled.
Just as I had reached the point that I didn't know how I was going to
continue working, I heard Dr. DeeDee talk about realigning the spine. I had been
going to chiropractors all my life, but had never heard this before. I went to see Dr.
DeeDee in the Spring of 2003. I was depressed after seeing my X-rays and wasn't
sure if the treatments would help.
It wasn't long until I noticed a big difference. The Meniere's attacks were
fewer and fewer apart. My fibromyalgia symptoms were reduced as well. I was
getting my life back! The Meniere's was beginning to become a distant memory. I
was going weeks without an attack- and then it would last only part of a day and
was much easier to control. I was able to resume exercising and began to lose
weight. My fibromyalgia symptoms were greatly improved. My specialist who
treats my fibromyalgia was amazed at how much I had improved and reduced my
medication.
After nearly 6-months of treatment I was surprised to have my first
menstruation without severe back cramping and I haven't had a sinus infection
since beginning the treatments.
My dream of living a full healthy life is finally becoming a reality. I can't
begin to tell you how happy I am that I found Dr. DeeDee and Premier
Chiropractic. I hope that you will find hope by reading this. It is possible to regain
quality of life after losing it. You just need to take the steps to allow your body to

I began care with Dr. DeeDee 3 1/2 weeks ago and have already
noticed improvement in my right leg. Eight years ago, I heard a tendon
snap and my lower leg went out from under me. I could not put any
weight on it. Gradually months went by and I started putting more weight
on that leg. I still couldn't walk up or down stairs with that leg. I had to use
my other leg for all the weight bearing by bringing one leg up and then the
other while holding onto a railing. Now I can use both my legs and can walk
up and down the stairs. I have more strength in my right leg.
I also has a raised roll of skin on the back of my neck like a hump
that is gone. I was so surprised when I felt the back of my neck and didn't
feel this large lump anymore and have much more range of motion in my
neck. Now I can turn my neck side to side when driving. Before treatment
I had to turn my whole body around to see if a car was coming.
All of this success I owe to Dr. DeeDee for her concern for my
health, treatment, traction, and exercise.

This is a written account of one of the benefits/changes that I have
experienced since I have been undergoing chiropractic adjustments and
lumbar and cervical spine traction. Quite simply put-I can now lay on my
back for extended periods of time (1-2 hours if I so desire) and breathe
comfortably and sufficiently to have restful sleep.
Prior to going to Dr. DeeDee, I could lay on my back for only 1-2
minutes before I became very anxious as to whether or not I could
breathe sufficiently to have any sense of enough air to be comfortable-
let alone sleep.
My capacity for the inhalation of larger volumes of air feels
strongest right after the adjustments to my back and neck and after getting
up from my 20-minutes in traction.
I am looking forward to a successful correction as we can
accomplish on the problems discovered in my back and neck. More
importantly, I am committed to continual corrective care and maintenance
effort along with any future adjustment appointments recommended by
Dr. DeeDee.

I first came to Premier Chiropractic for a strained muscle in my
shoulder. Dr. DeeDee also talked to me about my posture and the
importance of spinal health. After seeing my X-rays, I decided to take
action to correct this problem.
During my care, I noticed significant changes in my body. The
first thing I noticed was my height. I was taller and straighter, I work at
a desk all day, so I experience tension between my shoulders, by not
after my adjustments.
That's not all. I use to have cold fingers and toes even on hot days,
but not anymore. Lastly, I normally take medications every day during the
spring and summer for hay fever but not this year! I only took my allergy
medication 4-5 times this year! That is awesome!

A friend of mine kept telling me I needed to see Dr. DeeDee. She
was sure I would get some help from the pain I had been having in my
knee. It was to the point where I could hardly step on my right leg in
the mornings at all. The pain was steady and constant. I had brief pain
relief for about 2-weeks after having a shot of steroids in my knee,
but the pain came back.
Finally I made the decision to make an appointment. That was the
best thing I had done in a long time! Dr. DeeDee has helped me to be
almost pain free! I've always dreaded scrubbing my large kitchen floor
because I always hurt all over after doing it. Now I have no pain what so
ever after getting done with it.
I also had problems sleeping at night with pain in my arm and
shoulder. After 2 surgeries, I still had problems and couldn't lie on my
side without pain. Dr. DeeDee has that problem under control too. She has

I've had back pain on and off since High School. Gradually
through the years, it's been getting worse. The last 4-5 years, it's been
so bad at times that I couldn't get up in the morning and when I did, I
couldn't put my shoes on without help. Help mostly from some pretty
strong pain pills.
I've been to different chiropractors-some on a steady basis and
some for a quick "pop"- most all leaving me with the same pain.
Premier Chiropractic was pretty new and I thought I'd try it. Dr.

I brought my 6-year old son in to see Dr. DeeDee. He had
constant nasal congestion, periods of sleep apnea and snoring
problems. He had to drink a lot of liquid to get his food down. He
was evaluated medically and it was suggested that he had allergies.
The ear, nose, and throat doctor said his adenoids are fine, but wanted
to remove his tonsils.
Since coming to Dr. DeeDee, the nasal congestion has almost
completely disappeared and the snoring has now decreased to

A year and a half ago, I developed an injury to my left shoulder, which
hindered the movement of my arm. I don't know exactly what triggered
it. Possibly pulling on round bale strings until they accidently broke, or jumping
off of a feeder or a tractor without letting go of the side. I remember a ripping
pain in my arm after each reoccurrence. Soon, I learned to do my chores with
the good arm, hoping the left arm would heal.
Months passed and the pain subsided. Movement in my left arm
lessened, therefore I had difficulty dressing, fixing my hair, and other daily
tasks. I also noticed that my left arm was becoming weaker. I feared I
wouldn't be able to take care of my grandchildren. I decided to see Dr.
Wampfler and she diagnosed my problem as having a " frozen shoulder."
It has been six months since I started at Premier Chiropractic and my
arm and shoulder have improved dramatically. Before I came to see Dr.
Wampfler, I could only move my arm ten inches away from my body. Today I
can reach way over my head without much strain. I can dress, fix my hair and
care for my grandchildren without struggling. I've also noticed more strength
and energy. My posture is straighter and I feel younger- I look it too!
I still have issues to work on with my left arm. However, since I've been
coming to Premier Chiropractic, I have learned from Dr.Wampfler and her staff
on how to take care of my body for a longer, healthier, and happier life. I'm

I had lower back pain which was the result of throwing my back out.
Headaches also started to occur simultaneously, which then caused heat
strokes. I did try other chiropractors prior to coming to Premier Chiropractic.
But I kept going back again and again for the same problem. My lower back

Now I feel like I can live again. I do not have any back pain, my posture

I had been in pain for almost fifteen years so I knew I desperately
needed help. I started taking two pain pills a day which increased to four
and six a day. I took steroid shots three to four times a year, and even
had two major surgeries to try and relieve the pain I was in. Now, shavings of
my hip bone are used to fuse a healthy disc in my spine. But I only had three
months relief from the first surgery and nothing out of the second surgery.
Pain was constant in my lower back and down my legs. Some days I
couldn't get out of bed. There were days I just cried and didn't care if I lived
or died. I knew something had to be done. I heard about Dr.Wampfler
and decided to try chiropractic.
I am now able to stand in my shower, I am able to cook and bake
more and I can sit for longer periods of time. A great time to start reading
again! Also, I can breathe much better and I do not have any more heart burn or
constipation. What a relief!
Please, please don't jump into surgery before seeing a chiropractor.
Make sure you have the right one. Seek and change until you have the right
one, just like you would get two or three medical doctors opinions. You can
change medical doctors, therefore, you can change chiropractors. Thank
God I did.

SUCCESS!!
My husband's friend was a patient at Dr.Wampfler's and he told me
about the excellent results that he has had. Even though I knew I needed
help, I kept putting it off. Then I got a phone call from a very good friend and
old classmate telling me about Patient Appreciation Days that Dr.Wampfler
was having for new patients. I took the first step and made an appointment.
I had low back pain, my legs ached, my hands would go numb and the
muscles in my shoulder would send shooting pain up my neck if I pressed in
that area. Also, if I sat for a long period of time, I walked like I was ninty years
old. I was very stiff.
Now when I sit for a long period of time, or go shopping, I can get up
without any stiffness. My heartburn has subsided, my nasal passages have
opened up and I have less constipation. Also, my head doesn't feel so
foggy anymore! I just feel so happy now!

I have had lower back problems since I was sixteen. When I had pain or sciatica, I
usually used ice, heat and/or aspirin, and a few times I used two different Chiropractors. When
Dr. DeeDee first went into business, I read her articles with great interest, because I
remembered reading her name in the local newspapers when she was an active high school
student. I decided I would see her when my back next "acted up," because I liked her "whole
person" approach to wellness and also because I believe it takes a courageous hero to return
home with knowledge and skill to help their neighbors. Whoever said "you can't go home"
didn't meet Dr. DeeDee and Dr. Mike.
I had always thought a Chiropractor was someone who would "pop" you back into
place, and within a day or so, symptoms would disappear. I always looked on people who used
Chiropractic on a regular basis as those who just wanted a back rub once or twice a month, or
worse, that the doctor was having them come in for the doctor's profit. When Dr. DeeDee
showed me my treatment plan, I had my preconceived notions of Chiropractors in mind. I was
in great pain in my low back. And I only wanted a quick fix. The care plan made sense for my
condition, and after seeing my X-rays, and knowing my body, I agreed that the care plan was
appropriate. It wasn't a back rub, and the frequent treatment was for the years-decades-that I
had been out of alignment. The wellness approach, or program, makes sense, just as regular
dental exams make sense.
The most dramatic result is my posture. Before seeing Dr. DeeDee I had lost 25-30
pounds on purpose. My weight had stabilized, but people did not remark on my weight loss
until about three weeks after starting my treatment plan. Also, I came in for acute back pain, but
I had some headaches which I thought were due to my long hair. They are now gone!
I was scared when I saw the cost of my treatment plan. My family income is below
most, and my health insurance covers only a fraction of Chiropractic care. Premier Chiropractic
was able to help my family and I onto the road of wellness with a generous payment plan.
Now that I am on the wellness program, I miss seeing the staff at Premier
Chiropractic. I don't frequent allopathic (regular) doctors. So I can't really compare, but I have
to note that the whole experience of Premier Chiropractic is that everyone there is committed
to their patient's health, not just the spinal health, but the whole atmosphere of the facility helps
the patient's health.

I was living with pain in my hands, wrist, back and legs. I went to the
medical doctors, but they usually only gave me pain pills. These pills caused
allergic reactions, and provided no relief for the original cause at all. Seeing
this, my granddaughter-in-law recommended I come to Premier Chiropractic.
I no longer have the pain in my fingers, wrist, back or legs now. I also
can play with my granddaughter without pain. I can also exercise again-
something I haven't been able to do in at least ten years! I had rotator cuff
ligament and muscle surgery on right arm quite a few years ago and now I can
raise my arm above my head!
My headaches are gone as well as my constipation. I have more
energy than I have had in years. I have always believed in chiropractic, but just
never went back after my last chiropractor retired.

My Wife was going to Premier Chiropractic and suggested I
go. When I started I had severe pain in my left knee and I was unable to kneel.
I had neck and back pain and turning my head was very painful. Walking and
keeping my balance was difficult. I am 81 years old and thought that because
of my age, I had to live with it.
. Since coming to Dr. Dee and Dr. Mike I have had much less
knee pain and I can now kneel and turn my head from side to side. Overall, I
feel much better and have more energy. I highly recommend Premier
Chiropractic to everyone. The adjustments plus the traction was very helpful.
I wish I would have received their treatment sooner. I thank God for

I had came into Premier because of my lower back pain and
sciatica. I had received other types of treatments, but only had temporary
relief. When I my lower back was in pain, my sciatica got worse and vise-
versa. That's when I knew a different type of treatment was needed.
Since receiving treatment I can now sit a have a conversation
with my friends or watch a whole movie without the sciatica hurting. My energy
is way up and I can walk and still have energy to do other things. I am so glad
I finally got the relief I needed.

I have always believed in chiropractic alignment. However, I
couldn't find one that I trusted. The other chiropractors would only relieve the
pain for a short term, so I never went back. I met Dr.Dee Dee when she
spoke to the womens club and I really liked what she had to say.
My pain started when I experienced a fall from a ladder and
broke my heel. I had severe headaches and shoulder and neck pain. I
couldn't sit for over ten minutes. I often had to walk to relieve the pain. After
four or five treatments my headaches are gone and my shoulders are doing
much better. My stride is smooth and my joints are more moveable. I can
finally go back to being fit again.

I have been to four other different chiropractors in the past
three years. Finally,I have found relief here with Dr.Dee Dee and Dr.Mike. I
had frequent headaches, almost daily and lower back pain. I was on
medication for premenstraul syndrome and took over the counter medication
daily for my headaches. I have had only two migraines in the last four months.
My headaches have also diminished to only two in the same four month
period. Since completing my 12-week program, I am no longer taking any of
the medications. It is such a wonderful feeling to wake up everyday and be
headache free.

I have had severe pain in my shoulder for the past eight years.
I also have poor posture. I came to Dr.Wampfler to increase my overall well-
being. I had given up on any help with my shoulder and thought I just had to
deal with the pain.
I had seen numerous M.D.'s, specialists and one other
chiropractor. One doctor suggested I usd over the counter medication to get
rid of the pain. Another referred me to a surgeon and physical therapy. The
surgeon suggested shots of cortizone, and if that didn't work I would have
surgery. However, the surgeon could not give me an explanation for the pain. I
was also given exercises by another surgeon, but I still saw no results. I
became very discouraged and began to live with the pain. It was to the point
where my husband had to give me massages every night so I could fall
asleep. I felt like no doctor took my pain seriously, and they kept referring me
to other people because they didn't want to deal with me.
I never let the pain stop me from doing things, I just had to
learn to deal with it. Now, I feel so much better. I feel like I can concentrate
better at work too. My headaches have also lessoned significantly. My

A friend of mine told me about her great results with

I came to Dr.Wampfler because I have poor posture and I
knew that it could effect a lot of other things. I also had breast cancer on
my right side one year ago, and on my left side three years ago. One of the
effects was weakness in my shoulders. My right side was very stiff after
surgery 11 years ago. It did eventually get better, but my most recent surgery
left me with problems in my left shoulder. It gradually got worse, and became
a "frozen shoulder." I could not get out of the car without putting my feet out
first, and one at a time. Then I would have to take ahold of the car and pull
myself out. I also could not lift my arm any higher than my waist. I knew I had
to do something. I am too young to be this crippled.
My prior Doctors told had me do stretches and to
"walk up the wall" with my arm. However, it wasn't enough. I was often swollen,
thus I had less movement and more pain and stiffness.
I can now get in and out of the car withour pulling
myself out. I don't have to roll over on my side to get out of bed. I can lift my
arm above my head without pain. I can also lay on either side when I sleep at
night. I can reach for things without fear of sudden excruciating pain. My
husband doesn't even have to help me put on my coat. I am also able to
weed my flowers, just in time for the season. I know how important it is to
keep up with your exercises at home. If you find one thing that doesn't work
for you, you should be open to keep trying new things until you find
something that works for you. I also think that the traction and exercises with

at work. It affected my whole right arm and up into the shoulder. I

I had read an article in the newspaper about Premier and I thought I
should check them out. I was experiencing a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders
that caused me to have headaches. I could not sit for long periods and my hands
would often fall asleep. I had been to two other chiropractors and tried massage

I have had a lot of problems with jaw pain and I also had
headaches on a daily basis. They were getting worse and were really affecting
everything and everyone around me. My sister had started coming to Premier and was
happy with the results. So she thought I should give it a whirl.
For my jaw I've seen dentists and oral surgeons. They just referred
me to Iowa City, where they gave me medication to take daily. They attributed the
headaches to my jaw, so they just suggested more medication. I never felt it got rid of

I was having trouble walking because I had a shooting pain down my
leg. I was also having trouble bending over because of my low back pain. My arms
would also go numb while I slept, causing me to wake up three times a night. I never
had any prior treatments. I thought it was something I just had to deal with. Once and a
while I used Ibuprofen. I was also given some muscle relaxers which made me feel
tired all day long.
I can sleep all night now… without waking up! My low back does

Two years ago I had three herniated discs. I had severe
pain and my orthopedic specialist suggested that I have surgery.

Before I came to see Dr.Wampfler, I suffered from
headaches. This caused me pain in both my neck and my head. I was
also told that I had poor posture. I knew it was something I wanted to

I came into Premier because I had a fracture in my lower back that
caused severe pain and sciatica. I couldn't stand up or move quickly. My right leg was also
numb for four months prior to my treatments. I was going to physical therapy and I tried to

For as long as I can remember I have always had lower back pain. I came to Premier
on an emergency basis. One day I was changing my baby's diaper and my back
went out. I was in a lot of pain. I saw Dr.Wampfler and she did an exam on me and we
started treatment right away. I had been to chiropractors before but I never went on a
regular basis. I just went as needed. The pain went away but always seemed to return.
We found out that I had suffered from scoliosis for many years. I have five
children and had terrible back labor with each one. It made some of what should
have been the most wonderful times of my life very painful and uncomfortable. Since

able to do so much more and my pain is no longer a problem.
When I got pregnant with our sixth child, the pregnancy and delivery was sooo different

I had a rollover accident that caused my whole body to be sore. My
neck, upper back, lower back and shoulders were the worst. I felt achy
and swollen. Since coming to Dr.Wampfler I have noticed great relief
in my upper body. I can move much more freely, without discomfort.

I started bringing my 1 year old in because he was getting double ear

My neck was tipped to the left. Most mornings and sometimes during the day I could
hardly turn my head to the left or right without pain. I have had headaches for 30 years
and was getting migraines every day. I took Excedrin Migraine like M&M's, which

I was having frequent headaches for no apparent reason. They were worsened by noise,
and in a 10 person family, that's not good! My menstrual cycle had also always been very irregular
and when I did get my period, I had cramps bad enough to confine me to bed for the first couple
days. I took ibuprofen or tylenol, but it only helped when I took about triple the dosage.
Since coming to Premier, I have only had a couple headaches and they weren't bad. I

When I first started coming to Dr. Mike - it was for various reasons. I had what other
chiropractors called a "chronic" rotating pelvis. They said I would likely have to deal with it popping in
and out the rest of my life. I also suffered from frequent headaches stemming from tension in my
neck and shoulders. Finally, I had a spot in the middle of my back that occasionally was like a
knifing stab which I attributed to a fall I took on a piece of exercise equipment a few years ago.
A friend of mine recommended I come to Premier just to see what they could do for me.
That moment changed probably the rest of my life. I decided to check out Premier, and saw what
they could do for me. They immediately diagnosed my problem, and provided me with a correctional
treatment plan. Was it worth it? To me, definitely.
Since coming to Premier - I have done nothing but get younger and younger. You might
hear Dr. Mike refer to that from time to time. It is the truth. I have SO much more energy (or lack of
fatigue) now. We are in the middle of allergy season and I haven't had a headache yet. For that
matter, I have yet to take any Tylenol/Advil since March. I wasn't the pill popping type, but easily took
an average of 10-15 pain relievers per week. During my worst moments I was taking 16 per day.
You know the times…when you couldn't get in to your chiropractor until the middle of next week.

the disease, but my right hand was cramped, making writing difficult. My posture was twisted
affecting movement in general. Knees were stiff and painful, and joints were stiff. I read an
original research report concerning "Patients with MS and PD Undergoing Upper Cervical
Chiropratic Care to Correct Vertibral Subluxation". I called Premier Chiropractic and began
the first day of the rest of my life!
An athritis specialist once prescribed Celebrex for my condition. Long before the
side effects became public information. I told my husband "I'd die if I continued taking Celebrex.
Doctors at Rush suggested taking Aleve in place of prescription pain killers. The bottle
hasn't been open since Dr. Mike has started adjustments! Previously I rarely saw a
Chiropractor because the effectiveness of their "one treatment and sayonara" was a mystery
to me. I wondered how one twenty-minute adjustment could possibly mend a year of break-
downs. That didn't appear to be a very good maintance program.
After one adjustment from Dr. Mike, I could write without my hand pain and cramping
I'm about two-thirds through my treatment schedule, and my pain is greatly diminished.
Standing straight is no longer a struggle. Walking is easier, and I breathe deeper. I can hold
the newspaper to read it when before treatment it shook so badly, I often had to place it on the
table. I have more energy. I think I was expending so much just to move before Dr. Mike
adjustments.
My wish is that every single-person diagnosed with PD or MS had the opportunity
given me by the expertise and knowledge of these young professionals, Dr Mike and Dr. Dee
Dee and their most efficient and compassionate staff. I'll do everything under the sun to
spread the word about Premier Chiropractic. We are extremely fortunate to have a facility of
this caliber in our community. Thank you Dr. Mike and Dr. Dee Dee for electing to return to

SUCCESS!!
I first started at Premier because I had upper back pain. It wasn’t until my
consultation that I realized that Dr.Wampfler gets great results with headaches and
allergies. I had headaches for six years and the hay fever for 3 years. Growing up my
mother always had headaches, so I assumed they were hereditary. My dad told me I
had hay fever because my grandpa had it. The hay fever would be so miserable at
times that my eyes would swell shut and be extremely blood shot and sore. I would
have to sleep with a wet washcloth over my eyes at night to keep them from matting
shut overnight. It would also keep me from itching them. Not to mention I had year
round burning in my nose. It was extremely sensitive to the touch.
I had previously been to another chiropractor, only as I thought I "needed."
I only went when I had back pain, but the relief never lasted. It was suggested that I
had a thyroid problem that was to blaim for my headaches. I also went to an
optomotrist and was told I needed reading glasses to help with the headaches. I
learned to accommodate my life around the headaches and allergies. I am only 21
and didn't think I had any other options. I carried pain relievers in my purse and in my
car. I also got car sick, which I always thought was due to my headaches.
Chiropractic has changed my life. The headaches have diminished to about
one a month!! That's amazing. I often find myself wondering how I ever dealt with the
pain for so long. I even cleaned out my cupboards the other day and found expired
allergy medication and ibuprofen. It was such a good feeling to be able to thrown
them away and not be dependent on them. I have been through two allergy seasons
now have not had any allergy problems. It is such a relief to get a good night sleep.
I don't even need my glasses anymore!!!
I am so fortunate to have found Premier. They have changed the way I view
Health. If you know someone who is suffering, please don't let them!!!! There is hope
and without Premier I would still be suffering. Remember….Health is your most
important posession!!!

SUCCESS!!!
I didn't think I would ever be writing a SUCCESS story for either the Wall of
SUCCESS or the Book of SUCCESS, but here it goes…I was never a supporter of
chiropractic services until my family doctor was not sure why I was having headaches
and upper shoulder/back pain everyday. He thought the answer would be to give me
cortisone shots. I disagreed and continued to live with discomfort. I know several
family members and friends that believe in chiropractic adjustments. They were
always giving me advice and telling me to make an appointment. Everyone had their
favorite chiropractic doctor and recommended them. I was overwhelmed and
definitely frightened. We have all heard stories…"oh, it feels great when they turn my
head and my neck just cracks"…in my opinion that just sounds too scary. I shared my
fears and opinions about chiropractors with a co-worker and asked her why she
chose Premier Chiropractic. She explained to me that Dr. Mike and Dr. DeeDee
offer a different type of service. The service sounded safe so I picked up the phone
and dialed…and the receptionist, Tabby, was very friendly and receptive to my cares
and concerns. I made the appointment.
My first visit went well. Dr. Mike took x-rays and talked and I listened. I
shared my fears and concerns and he listened. I was diagnosed with subluxations of
C5 and C6, reverse curve in my neck and abnormal posture with some degeneration
starting to happen. A lot of terms I really did not understand. Sounds like I am a real
mess…I was and I felt it. I think Dr. Mike could see how frightened I was and he made
no promises but gave me the option to give their services a chance. The next day I
started my 12 week plan. The next 2 weeks were really horrible; I thought I was
getting worse and the pain was 100 times greater than when I started. I was ready to
give up and maybe consider the alternatives. Dr. Mike said that my condition didn't
happen overnight and that I could not expect the results to be overnight either.
With tears and through the encouragement from Dr. Mike and his staff, I got through
the next few weeks. The staff was always encouraging, telling me to give it time and I
would notice a difference. They mailed out thank you grams with words like positive,
believe, courage and trust. This is very kind of them. It shows that they truly care
about their patients. Each week I began to trust Dr. Mike more, and more importantly
I can say I haven't had any headaches. With each adjustment, traction treatments,
and learning some new terms, I felt and knew I was on my way to recovery. My family,
friends and co-workers noticed a difference in my posture and attitude, and I was
smiling a lot more.
I am happy to say my 12 weeks are finished. The results…I feel great…
almost 100%. I know I will be on a maintenance plan for some time. I believe I will
be coming in for adjustments for the rest of my life…I know because it makes me feel
better. I also know that I am now a believer and supporter of chiropractic care. As we
all hear when we walk out of the adjusting room…KEEP SMILING!!

SUCCESS!!
I came to see Dr. Mike because my back was always hurting or at least
uncomfortable. I have chronic sinus problems and allergies. My nose was running and I
always carried a hanky. I had constant headaches. Before coming to Premier I was getting
monthly adjustments elsewhere but the results weren't very good. Sometimes within two or
three days I was in pain again. The adjustments never lasted a month.
Now I can turn my head and not have the pain. My lower back isn't hurting and I feel
myself being able to do my daily tasks without so much discomfort.
Also, I have no more tissues in my pockets!! Ask Dr. Mike about this.
I have just started this program and already have felt many results I haven't had
before. I would tell anyone to try it!!

SUCCESS!!!
I wasn't able to continue skiing or golfing on account of my balance. Driving my car
and backing up was difficult on account of not being able to turn my head enough to see where
I was going. I was in the hospital six days for a blood clot and do not believe they found out
what the trouble was. The hospital took many tests and prescribed about the same medica-
tion I was previously taking. I have a touch of asthma and take a shot of Advair at night. I have
an exercise schedule twice a day to help improve my walking with a cane.
I was on a walker but since coming to Premier Chiropractic my balance is a lot better.
I often take off without my cane. Walking on uneven ground is a little difficult yet. I can go up
and down steps and get in and out of a car a lot better. I still do my own housework, washing
clothes, cooking and my own bathing.
I receive meals on wheels seven days a week and find them real good. I have a med-
alert which is nice if living alone. I am hoping with the help of Premier Chiropractic I can get
back to my sports and art.

I came to Dr. Mike when I saw a flyer in the paper, mainly because I
had ringing in the ears. I am 81 years old and had very poor posture, as well
as limited mobility.
I have had cancer three different times and had gone to a medical
doctor. I had a masectomy and surgery on a mole that was malignant. I had
many medical problems and overall poor health. I started exercising and my
health improved a lot.
My mobility has greatly improved since coming out to Premier
Chiropractic. My posture has also improved a great deal. My strength has
increased and I am able to keep up with my exercising more.
I recommend especially for older people to keep exercising and
maintain good health through chiropractic care.

SUCCESS!!
Last fall an acquaintance of mine mentioned that Dr. Wampfler was
helping her to gain greater flexibility in her neck. For some time, I had noticed
that the range of motion in my own neck was becoming limited and I was
worried about my decreased visibility when backing out my car. Also, I
seemed to be developing a stiffness between my shoulder blades that I
hadn't had before.
A few years ago, after several hours of intense dental work in my
upper back teeth, I began experiencing periodic discomfort in my right jaw,
neck, facial bones and ear during the night and was losing a lot of sleep. A
series of visits to an out-of-state chiropractor cleared up my cervical
misalignment to my complete satisfaction. However, exercises and traction
treatments to slow down and/or correct what was evidently happening in my
neck were not suggested at that time. Consequently, I was completely
unaware that a condition of deterioration in my neck vertebrae was taking
place until I consulted the Doctors Wampfler in late February.
Until I saw the photographs and x-rays they took of my spine and was
shocked to see how rounded my shoulders were becoming, I hadn't realized
how POOR my posture was already. To me, it was quite an eye-opening
sign that old age was approaching (fairly galloping!) and that something
drastic needed to be done about it.
I'm very glad that I didn't dawdle any longer before seeking Dr. Mike
and Dr. DeeDee's help - until symptoms of serious health problems began to
make insidious encroachments on my active lifestyle. Believe me - I now
more fully understand and appreciate how GOOD POSTURE can help you
keep fit and vigorous, and how it's opposite can slowly but surely cause
breakdowns in health and vitality and eventually cripple you.
